Domain Model

Entities:

  • Accounts: companies/organizations.
  • Contacts: people linked to accounts or standalone.
  • Pipelines & Stages: sales flow definitions.
  • Deals: opportunities tied to pipelines/stages.
  • Activities: tasks/calls/meetings with assignments.
  • Notes: free-form notes attached to entities.
  • Tags: label entities with unique names per tenant.

All entities include tenant_id, created_at, and updated_at for auditability.
